Welcome to Corefidence Online!  

 

Here you have access to online videos from all Corefidence classes. These online classes are 30 - 45 minutes in length. If you do not have time to do an entire class in one viewing, feel free to do smaller sections.

 

Included with Corefidence Online you will also have access to an Exercise Library  with tutorials on different exercises or specific ailments. If there is an topic you would like me to cover in these tutorials please let me know and I will do my best to include it in the library.

When participating in Corefidence Online classes, it is very important to listen to your body.  Please do not engage in exercises that cause pain, leakage, abdominal bracing, bearing down, abdominal bulging or require you to hold your breath. It is recommended participants watch the tutorials in the Exercise Library and  complete several Level One classes and have a good understanding of alignment and breath before progressing to the other classes.  It is also recommended participants continue to practice the occasional Level One class, even when they have progressed to more advanced classes. For those who are pregnant you are welcome to try some of the other classes, but it is recommended you stick with the Corefident Bellies and Corefidence Level One classes and adjust as necessary.  Please message me with any questions. Please take your time, work at your pace and modify when needed, without becoming discouraged.  You are strong and capable.  Progress slowly and mindfully and I believe you will be very successful with Corefidence training.

Participants must be pregnant or at least 8 weeks postpartum to participate in Corefidence classes.
